Plan Ahead.
Make sure you give yourself adequate time to prepare. Don’t wait until the last minute. Instead, make a plan or a schedule that feels attainable and easy to follow for you.
Don’t Cram!
Minimize Distractions.
Silence your phone.
Try not to listen to music or TV in the background.
Be in a place where you can concentrate.
Take Regular Breaks.
Make sure your breaks are long enough to refresh your brain but short enough to keep you focused.
Breaks should NOT be study-based!
Ex. 45-minute study session and 10-minute break
